Local orders are delivered with Australia Post and trusted couriers.
Orders outside Australia are printed and shipped using trusted international print partners to ensure quick turnaround and delivery times.
All prints are packed carefully to ensure they arrive safe and sound.

Shipping & Returns
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING OF PRINTS
Print orders are processed immediately and printed with an Australian professional print lab.
As all prints are made to order, please allow up to 10 days for production prior to dispatch.
All items are securely packaged and will be sent via standard freight with Australia Post. Standard freight typically takes 3-10 days, depending upon your location.
Express freight for domestic orders and international shipping is available on request.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The purchase of photography as produced and shipping by photography by Tasha Chawner is a final sale.
There will be no refund or exchange if you ‘change your mind’.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost, Tasha will happily refund or replace your purchase. Photographic proof of damages is required.
To refund or replace a damaged item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and send items back within 21 days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will only be granted once the original item has been returned and received by Tasha.
The buyer will be responsible for any postage costs incurred to return damaged items.
If you wish to cancel your order for a physical product, please contact Tasha immediately.
Cancellations will only be granted on contact is made within 2 hours of purchase.
