Last month the Creative Collective ran the Snail Mail Project, which I signed up for because, really, who doesn’t love to get a parcel of goodies in the post.
Thanks so much to Emily of Jorpins for my delightful envelope full of paper-y goodness…
Daughter and I have plans to frame the bird paper-cuts in sweet little white frames – which will probably end up in Daughters room because “I just love them, Mum!”.
I’ve managed to snag the red fan charm, which now sits on my pinboard. I’m pretty sure it will go missing as Daughter has her eye on this too…
Thanks too, to Nancy for the sweetest little notebook, and bright splash of inspiration…
And just how gorgeously 60’s is the “Please do not bend” stamp!?
I hope that my recipients got a kick out of the photos I sent them. I wasn’t 100% sure what to send, but I do know that the next Snail Mail Project I sign up for, I’ll be raiding my stash of crafty-goodness and sending much bigger packages.
A huge thank you as well, to the gals at the Creative Collective for organising these swaps. It really is a wonderful way to meet other like-minded crafters from around the world.
