It is easy to not notice the objects around us, particularly when they are familiar.
The challenge to myself this morning? To look for the beauty contained in my everyday, familiar life.

Part of my morning, almost every morning. Cup of tea, sit and read, maybe watch the news. Or if the weather is nice, sit out and wriggle my toes in the grass.
Two tea bags. My favourite mug. Sunshine on the table.
