Our local Farmer’s Market is on the third Saturday of the month, and a chap from Dorrigo brings the most amazing proteas (and waratahs) up when they are in season.
An absolute steal at $20 a bunch, if you’re not quick enough to get to the market, they’re all sold out!!
so I get there early!!
I was so pleased to get a King Protea in the bunch I purchased.
It’s the first time I have ever seen one, and it truly is a majestic flower.
