PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING OF STATIONERY
All stationery orders are processed within 24 hours of ordering and are dispatched via Australia Post standard mail within 1-5 business days.
Your items will be securely packaged with a firm backboard to prevent bending in transit.
Please allow up to 14 days to receive your parcel.
Please take care when opening your parcel, so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
Shipping & Returns
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING OF STATIONERY
All stationery orders are processed immediately and are dispatched via Australia Post standard mail within 1-5 business days. If for some reason I am unable to do this, I will contact you and let you know. Your items will be securely packaged with a firm back board to prevent bending in transit. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your parcel.
Australian Customers:
I use regular mail, with items posted to an Australian address being sent via Registered Post.
Estimated Australian standard shipping times: 2-4 days.
International Customers:
I am shipping from rural Australia. Packages to the rest of the world may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive – though usually arrive within 3-10 working days.
I am not able to track International Parcels – however if you wish your parcel to be sent with extra insurance, please contact me and we can work something out.
Please note, that I cannot be responsible for delivery delays once your order has left my studio. If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to sort it out!
Also, I cannot accept responsibility for any customs issues or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws, please investigate these before you purchase. If a package comes back to me from customs in its original condition, I will, of course, refund your money.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The purchase of photography as produced and shipping by photography by Tasha Chawner is a final sale.
There will be no refund or exchange if you ‘change your mind’.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost, Tasha will happily refund or replace your purchase. Photographic proof of damages is required.
To refund or replace a damaged item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and send items back within 21 days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will only be granted once the original item has been returned and received by Tasha.
The buyer will be responsible for any postage costs incurred to return damaged items.
If you wish to cancel your order for a physical product, please contact Tasha immediately.
Cancellations will only be granted on contact is made within 2 hours of purchase.
