I’d taken some photos of wattle in bloom this afternoon, but they really weren’t doing anything for me.
Having a look at this article at Picture Correct – How To Stay Inspired in Photography – led me to look at 1x.com and this photo – which I thought I’d have a try at doing.
I was lucky enough that a bubble landed on the grass and didn’t pop (it must have known what I was wanting to acheive!). The colours of the detergent changed and swirled, and I snapped about 30 photos in 1-2 minutes.
It was tough to pick a favourite, as they all have their interesting points.
I’ve added a Hagrid base and Grunge frame from Pixlr-o-matic. I used the Hagrid base as it brightened the colours as little.
Beautiful work!
Thanks Brad 🙂 One very co-operative bubble. Would love to be able to magnify it more though…
Cheers,
Tasha
