I’ve always been a firm believer in the idea that what you most need in life, at that particular point in time, has a way of presenting itself.
Which is why, after a 3 day migraine and subsequent melt-down, I knew that these 3 things had come in to my life for a reason…
And I’m sharing them with you:
- I’ve been a reader of Zen Habits for a couple of years now and when Leo’s new (free) e-book – The One Skill: How Mastering the Art of Letting Go Will Change Your Life – showed up in my daily emails, I breathed a sigh of relief. I’m reading it in daily installments (sent to my email each day) because I know that if I try to just sit and read it in one go, it won’t happen.
- Susannah Conway‘s is another blog I’ve followed for a bit. I came across Susannah originally because of her photography; grew to love her ‘Something for the weekend’ series and sit listening to her Sacred Alone playlist as I write this… The current Sacred Alone course has closed for registration unfortunately, but you can sign up to be emailed when it opens up again.
- Austin Kleon‘s blog is only a recent addition to my blogroll, but his recent newsletter about noticing the nice in your life reminded me that I’ve been not noticing (and letting it be known) for too long now.
